We take great care in packaging your seeds to ensure they reach you safely. All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard containers designed to prevent any damage during transit.
Please note that if your order consists of several strains It may all be shipped in an inner cardboard box. Each cardboard container can hold several packs, individually labeled.
We solve all missing seed issues by sending replacement units immediately. You can open the cardboard container to confirm the order is complete.
If you wish to request a refund, make sure not to open the cardboard box and follow our return procedure.
