In transit: Please check that the delivery deadline has passed.
Delivered: Once the carrier updates your order status to “Delivered,” our delivery guarantee concludes. Please keep in mind that Global Green Genetics isn’t responsible for any loss or theft of packages after delivery. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend being available to receive your package or using a secure mailbox.
Returned: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect / incomplete address, or if no one is available during the delivery attempt, a $15 fee will apply to cover shipping costs.
