Canceling an order can only be done if it hasn’t shipped yet. Here’s how to do it:
-Already Paid? If you’ve already completed your payment, shoot us an email at support@buycannabisseeds.net. with your Order ID. We’ll check the current status of your order for you.
If It’s Shipped: You’ll need to return the order to our warehouse to receive the refund. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If It’s Not Shipped: We’ll happily cancel your order and issue a refund right away!
-Not Paid Yet? If you want to cancel an order that’s not paid, follow these steps to avoid any payment reminders:
1. Head over to the Buycannabisseeds website and log in with your account info.
2. Navigate to the “Orders” section.
3. Locate your order and click on “Cancel.”
Once you see the confirmation message, your order is successfully canceled!
